**Note: I'll allow everyone to have eight characters in each of the two time zones, if you do not wish to have a re-occuring character, exclude that particular part of the template. And I would prefer to have as equal numbers in genders and species as possible, so please don't majorly favour a particular gender or species. Please be as detailed where you can be. A topic will be open for collaborative discussion on character pasts; remember you'll need to have a good idea about your character relationships in 1883, for when roleplaying in 2013.
